The online application is open for admission to Junior K.G in Apeejay School Kharghar.

  • Application Form Fee is Non-Refundable.
  • Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

DOB Criteria
For Junior KG: Children born between 31st December, 2017 - 31st December 2018
(Age must be 4 Years as on 31st Dec 2022), can apply. Incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.

  • Registration Fee : Rs. 1000/
  • You can pay online through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets and Net Banking.
  • Once Registration Fee is paid, you will be able to download the prospectus.
  • This is a Registration Form Simply filling and submitting it does not imply admission of your ward in Apeejay School, Kharghar.
  • Keep the following documents ready before filling the online form.
    List of documents to be uploaded online (.png / .jpeg files of size less than 1 Mb each).
    1. Photograph of the student applicant (Mandatory)
    2. Self-Attested copy of Birth Certificate (Mandatory)
    3. Passport size photograph of Father & Mother / Guardian
    4. Aadhaar Card (Applicant, Father & Mother/ Guardian) ( mandatory)
    5. Residential Proof (Current Electricity Bill or Rent Agreement)
    6. Photograph of Parents Signature/ Guardian (Mandatory)
    7. Category Certificate (If under reserved category)

NOTE: Parents are requested to submit a hard copy (Coloured) with the uploaded documents in the school including a self-attested copy of birth certificate by 2nd March, 2022 between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon.
